Stephanie Ma – NexGen Global Forum

Stephanie holds a Bachelor of Science in Commerce (Marketing), a Bachelor of Science in Political Science, and a minor in Religious Studies from Santa Clara University.  Before arriving in Beijing for the Master of Law program in International Relations at Tsinghua University, she worked nearly five years as a public relations professional in Washington, D.C.  She has also worked in the private sector in the San Francisco Bay Area and London. Stephanie’s interests include Chinese foreign direct investment (FDI), regional security issues, Islam in China, and perceptions of competing national narratives between China and the U.S.
