Zhang AoyuanZhang Aoyuan graduated from the Department of International Relations, Tsinghua University in 2018 with a bachelor of law. He also obtained a bachelor of management from the Tsinghua University School of Economics and Management. In 2016, he studied at the University of Exeter. He is concurrently enrolled in the Human Rights Masters’ Program at Peking University Law School. Aoyuan has been an intern at UNICEF and he UNDP Greater Tumen Initiative.
Through these experiences, Aoyuan recognized the role and shortcomings of international organizations in localization work and regional cooperation. In addition, Aoyuan has a strong interest in the field of public service. During his undergraduate years, he worked with two other students to operate an online education service project, which was selected for the National Students’ Innovation and Entrepreneurship Training Program. He has also done research on rural education, AIDS, and migrant workers. Aoyuan’s research interests include international organizations, international human rights law, public policy, and global governance. |
