About Zhou RouweiZhou Ruowei attended Fudan University, graduating in 2016 with an LL.B in International Politics. During the course of her undergraduate studies, Ruowei attended Uppsala University in Sweden as an exchange student, volunteered in Tanzania, and completed a bachelor’s thesis on China’s development finance. Prior to joining the Tsinghua-SAIS program, Ruowei also gained advisory and consulting experience through her work as a research assistant at the Shanghai Academy of Social Science, as a part-time analyst in Roland Berger, and as an intern at Control Risks. Ruowei’s research interests include international development and international political economy. She has also recently developed an interest in Japanese political and economic matters. After graduation, she hopes to work as a consultant or adviser in the above fields.
