Karen LeeKaren Lee graduated from Stanford University in 2017, majoring with honors in International Relations and minoring in modern languages. From 2017-2018, she taught English at 5 elementary schools in rural
Japan through the JET Program. At SAIS, she plans on specializing in international development and Southeast Asia, and hopes she can learn more about China’s role in the developing world through her time at Tsinghua. Her research interests include minority language education and urban development. |
