About RuoxiaoRuoxiao Chen graduated from China University of Political Science and Law (CUPL), majoring in political science and administration. He has studied in Victoria university of Wellington, New Zealand and University of Paris as an exchange student.
During his undergraduate study, he organized many social practice activities as the team leader. He once presided over the national innovation project for college students and founded the student Library Association of the university. In addition, he has been serving as the assistant of the University News Center and the Organization department of CUPL for a long time, assisting the cultural work and organizational construction of the campus. He is also a member of the teaching reform project of CUPL and a research group named “Big Data and Grassroots Social Governance” of the Political and Judiciary Commission under the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China. In 2019, Ruoxiao participated in the preparatory work of the 8th World Peace Forum, Artificial intelligence sub-session. Ruoxiao went to Washington D.C as assistant of the 9th Sino-US civil dialogue. Now, Ruoxiao is a research assistant at the China-USA Center, Tsinghua University. His main research interests include Sino-U.S. relations, international organizations, and energy, resources and environmental policies.
